Head of Taiwan (Apparel Lifestyle)

An international apparel and lifestyle organisation is looking for a dynamic Head of Taiwan (Country Head) to join its office in Taipei, Taiwan.

Reporting to the international leadership team, the Head of Taiwan leads Taiwan's commercial and operating performance, with full P&L ownership.

Taiwan has historically operated with high autonomy and is now aligning to a data-driven, globally standardised operating model (performance management, merchandising planning, decision frameworks, KPI visibility).

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L and multi-store performance; deliver financial and operating targets

• Lead the 2026 reset; embed data-driven planning, KPI discipline, and execution rigour aligned to global ways of working

• Drive growth strategy, improve marketing effectiveness, manage key stakeholders (e.g., landlords/partners), and control risk

Key requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese Language/Mandarin - this is essential to effectively manage the large local workforce in Taiwan

• Experienced P&L ownership (more than just retail/retail operations) in apparel, lifestyle, or close adjacent

• Performance driven, dynamic, agile
