Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SCM Head to oversee and manage our supply chain operations in Taiwan.The SCM Head oversees end-to-end operations, from raw material import to final product delivery. This role balances strategic planning with real-time problem-solving to optimize inventory flow, manufacturing schedules, line capacities, and vendor relations for seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to effectively align and balance market demand with supply capacities.
• Establish, review, and supervise master production schedules and material control plans to ensure seamless manufacturing execution.
• Allocate work orders strategically based on production line capacities, machinery limits, and timeline constraints.
• Monitor daily manufacturing output and resolve production bottlenecks or schedule disruptions in real time.
• Set strategic inventory targets and oversee the flow and levels of both raw materials and finished goods to optimize carrying costs.
• Manage global import processes and logistics operations to ensure the department consistently meets warehouse management, cost, and delivery targets.
• Oversee raw material requirements planning and coordinate supplier deliveries to prevent production downtime.
• Conduct on-site factory visits to evaluate outsourcing capacities, negotiate yield rates, and discuss new product capacities.
• Manage supply chain risks, coordinate rapid responses to major disruptions, and drive continuous system, project, and workflow improvements.
• Lead cross-departmental alignment for product launches, approve key purchase requisitions, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of weekly/monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing supply chain operations. FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business needs. Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Language: Fluent in English is a plus.
