We are seeking a Head of Strategic Operations to join our growing team in a high-visibility role at the intersection of venture operations, startup partnerships, strategic growth, and business building.
You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives from ambiguity to execution across Drive Catalyst and related ventures. This role requires a high degree of ownership, initiative, and independent execution. We are looking for someone who creates momentum, anticipates needs, and drives projects forward proactively.

What You Will Do
Strategic Project Execution
· Own multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion — tracking timelines, resolving blockers, and maintaining accountability across all parties
· Identify risks and blockers early; propose and implement solutions before issues escalate
· Create operational structure where needed and sustain momentum across initiatives
· Align diverse stakeholders — including those who are slow-moving or resistant — and drive outcomes without direct authority
· Support go-to-market initiatives, operational scaling, and strategic growth projects across ventures and business initiatives
· Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements across teams and initiatives
Venture & Innovation Operations (Drive Catalyst)
· Manage startup partnerships, pilot programs, and strategic collaborations end to end
· Build and maintain trust-based relationships with Far Eastern Group affiliates, startup founders, and external partners
· Prepare project summaries, strategic updates, and executive presentations
· Anticipate leadership needs and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and next steps
Strategic Growth & Business Initiatives
· Support operational development across partnerships, launch coordination, strategic initiatives, and growth projects
· Help structure workflows, execution priorities, and accountability frameworks from the ground up
· Coordinate cross-functional activities across operations, partnerships, branding, and expansion initiatives
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
· Represent Drive Catalyst in all internal and external interactions
· Navigate complex organizational dynamics across large affiliates with diplomacy and persistence
· Coordinate effectively across cross-functional and international teams in fast-moving environments
· Conduct market research, operational analysis, and competitive reviews to support decision-making
What You Will Learn
· How to run strategic operations at the intersection of corporate venture capital and startup execution
· Deep exposure to Far Eastern Group's ecosystem, affiliate network, and stakeholder landscape
· Executive-level communication and stakeholder management in a complex corporate environment
· End-to-end exposure to venture partnerships, pilot programs, and innovation at scale
· Direct exposure to executive decision-making, strategic partnerships, and venture-building within one of Taiwan's leading business groups
Your Skills, Abilities, and Experience
· 6–8 years of experience in operations, strategic projects, consulting, venture platforms, or high-growth startups
· Demonstrated track record of driving projects independently — without needing direction to begin
· Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments with patience, persistence, and professionalism
· Strong commercial instinct — you understand business models and what makes things work operationally
· Experience supporting growth initiatives, market expansion, product launches, or operational scaling is highly valued
· Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential
· Experience navigating fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the path is not always defined
· Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail
· Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent startup/consulting experience preferred
