The Opportunity

Taiwan is one of the most strategically significant markets in the G4S Greater China portfolio — home to some of the world's most consequential technology companies and a security services landscape that rewards operators who understand both enterprise complexity and frontline delivery.

We are looking for a leader ready to take full ownership of it.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives with genuine accountability — a self-sufficient operator who can drive commercial performance, develop a talented local team, and serve as the face of the business to both the local market and top-tier global clients.

What You'll Own

  • Full accountability for Taiwan sales — revenue, gross profit, and organic growth targets across MSS and ESS
  • A sales team you'll coach, develop, and elevate to a consistently high standard
  • A disciplined bid management process — rigorous, commercially sound, and scalable
  • Salesforce adoption and pipeline integrity across the team
  • Key global and regional account relationships, including major technology clients operating in Taiwan
  • The five growth levers: contract retention, price increases, growing existing accounts, new business acquisition, and ad hoc income streams

Reporting Structure

Functionally to the Sales Director, Greater China & Japan. Locally to the Managing Director / Head of Taiwan.

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiable

  • 7+ years in sales, 5+ in sales management, both within service industries
  • Demonstrated track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Mandarin and English proficiency (written and spoken); confidence in expat and global meetings is required
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • A constructive, high-accountability leadership style

Preferred

  • Background in security services, facilities management, or logistics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
  • Experience managing global or regional accounts

On fit

We will assess every candidate on their understanding of the Taiwan security market and their genuine readiness to lead within a frontline services environment. Strong sales credentials from adjacent industries are welcome — attitude and adaptability will be weighted heavily.
