Head of Professional Services
We are looking for an experienced and business-minded Head of Professional Services to lead our professional services organization and drive the next stage of our cloud delivery capabilities.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible not only for delivering high-quality client projects, but also for building scalable service offerings, strengthening our cloud migration and modernization capabilities, developing high-performing teams, and working closely with AWS and our commercial teams to turn complex customer needs into successful business outcomes.

What You'll Own
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements, ensuring strong performance across timeline, budget, quality, risk, and resource allocation.
- Build and continuously improve standardized, modular, and scalable service offerings to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency.
- Develop repeatable cloud migration and modernization services, including methodologies, processes, tools, templates, and delivery frameworks.
- Partner closely with AWS to plan and execute large-scale, business-critical cloud migration initiatives.
- Support strategic sales opportunities by leading or contributing to requirements analysis, solution planning, effort and cost estimation, and scope definition.
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Technical teams to translate customer requirements into practical, executable delivery plans.
- Lead, develop, and grow the Professional Services team, ensuring the organization has the right capabilities, skills, and resources to support business growth.
- Monitor key delivery and business metrics, including project performance, customer satisfaction, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and technology partners, while taking ownership of critical project escalations and delivery challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT, cloud services, system integration, or professional services.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in team management, project delivery, or professional services operations.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud migration, application modernization, or digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and migration methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex engagements while balancing schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk.
- Experience developing standardized or modular professional service offerings and delivery models.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS, PMP, ITIL, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience delivering complex projects or supporting presales activities for large enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, or transforming a Professional Services organization and its delivery processes.
