Head of Maintenance (Power Generation)

Responsibilities:

• Lead all plant maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance, to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Drive equipment reliability, plant availability, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operational performance and minimise downtime.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and effective utilisation of maintenance management systems while controlling operational costs.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary maintenance teams across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation functions to build a high-performing maintenance organisation.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong culture of operational excellence and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in power plant
