Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy and technology roadmap that supports the organization's business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to identify opportunities for digital innovation, process optimization, and technology-enabled transformation.
- Lead enterprise-wide IT and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies to drive business value and maintain organizational competitiveness.
IT Operations & Governance
- Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, productivity platforms, and service management functions to ensure secure, reliable, and seamless operations.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, service levels, and governance frameworks to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity practices, risk management, business continuity, and compliance across the IT landscape.
- Lead the delivery of modern, scalable, and cloud-enabled technology solutions.
Financial & Resource Management
- Own and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective investment decisions and alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Drive optimization of technology spending while maximizing value and operational performance.
- Oversee technology-related capital expenditure and vendor partnerships.
People Leadership
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing IT team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop future technology leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities in critical areas such as cybersecurity, data, automation, and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including ownership of enterprise-wide technology functions.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation, technology modernization, or business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing complex, multi-product or multi-business technology environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
