Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall HR function, ensuring HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner closely with senior management and business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide strategic HR advice on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.
- Manage HR matters across multiple entities and countries, working closely with overseas stakeholders and local teams to ensure alignment while considering local market requirements.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives to support business expansion, transformation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and strengthen talent acquisition and talent management strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent and capabilities to support future growth.
- Establish and enhance HR policies, processes and frameworks across different entities while maintaining appropriate flexibility for local requirements.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify people-related challenges and provide commercially practical solutions.
- Champion a performance-driven and high-accountability culture, ensuring HR initiatives contribute tangible value to the business.
- Support leadership teams in managing complex people matters, including organizational restructuring, employee relations, leadership development and workforce changes.
- Keep abreast of evolving HR practices, employment trends and regulatory requirements across relevant markets.
- Travel to overseas offices and other company locations when required.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a regional, international or MNC environment.
- Proven experience in managing HR across multiple countries, entities or markets, with the ability to navigate different business and cultural environments.
- Strong track record in overseas stakeholder management, including the ability to influence and work effectively with senior leaders across different countries.
- Prior overseas working experience and/or international education exposure is highly advantageous. Relevant HR leadership experience in an MNC or international environment, managing multiple entities across different countries.
- Strong experience in overseas stakeholder management and working with senior leaders across global markets.
- Proven track record as a business-oriented HR leader, with the ability to align HR strategies with business growth and objectives.
- Strongly driven, adaptable and commercially minded, with the ability to think beyond traditional HR and support evolving business needs.
- Willingness to travel to other offices when required.
