Aufgabengebiet

  • Lead the build-out of scalable HR operations across APAC markets
  • Establish policies, governance frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Drive HR systems, automation, and data-driven reporting capabilities
  • Oversee multi-country payroll, benefits, and vendor management frameworks
  • Ensure HR compliance across diverse regulatory environments
  • Partner senior leadership on workforce planning and organisational design
  • Support rapid hiring and regional expansion from an HR operations lens

Anforderungsprofil

  • 10+ years of HR experience with strong APAC regional exposure
  • Proven experience building or transforming HR functions at scale
  • Deep understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and systems
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in growth environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
