Lead the Controlling team across regions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee cost controlling for manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and procurement operations.
Drive financial transparency on product margins, pricing, and profitability by business unit and product line.
Partner with R&D and product management teams to assess investment cases and ensure ROI on new technologies and product launches.
Develop and monitor KPIs on operational efficiency, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards, accounting policies, and industry regulations.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management, supporting decision-making on global expansion, capital expenditure, and M&A opportunities.
Drive digitalization of controlling processes (BI tools, ERP, automation) to improve efficiency and insight generation.
Lead initiatives to identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising product quality or innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance is plus, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
12+ years of controlling/FP&A/finance experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of cost controlling in manufacturing environments (BOM, yield, scrap, production efficiency).
Experience in working with global supply chains and cross-border operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
