Position Overview
The Head of Global HR CoE plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing Corporate-wide HR strategies that drive business growth, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. As a senior HR leader in a global technology environment, this role is accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable HR programs such as spanning talent management, leadership development, total rewards, and workforce planning. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver high-impact, globally aligned, and locally relevant people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Define and lead the HR CoE vision and roadmap in alignment with the companys global people strategy and business priorities.
Integrate external market trends, internal talent data, and future-of-work insights to inform long-term HR planning.
2. HR Program Development & Execution
Design and execute Corporate-wide HR solutions across key disciplines such as talent assessment, succession planning and total rewards.
Ensure programs are agile, scalable, and tailored to meet the needs of a fast-evolving, tech-driven organization.
3. Frameworks, Policies & Process Optimization
Develop and govern global HR frameworks, policies, and tools that ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across geographies.
Drive continuous improvement and process innovation in partnership with HR operations and digital teams.
4. Advisory & Partnership
Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert to HRBPs and senior leaders on complex and specialized HR matters.
Enable HR and business teams with toolkits, best practices, and capability-building initiatives.
5. People Analytics & Strategic Insights
Leverage workforce analytics to provide actionable insights on talent trends, program effectiveness, and organizational health.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a CoE or specialist leadership capacity in a global or regional context.
Proven success in driving Corporate-level HR programs and initiatives within large, matrixed organizationsideally in the technology sector.
Strong analytical, consulting, and project management capabilities.
Experience navigating cross-cultural environments and working across global HR and business teams.
Familiarity with digital HR tools, platforms, and data analytics solutions.
Fluent in English; additional language capabilities are an advantage.
