With operations across multiple markets in Asia, Partipost is entering its next phase of growth as we continue to expand our regional footprint and strengthen operational excellence across the business. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Finance (Taiwan & Regional Operations) to lead financial operations from Taiwan while partnering closely with regional leadership. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial governance, improving operational discipline, and supporting business growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing
Financial Leadership & Operations
- Lead and oversee the finance function for Taiwan while supporting financial operations across regional markets
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly close, management reporting, and statutory reporting
- Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and accounting policies to support a growing regional organization
- Drive improvements in financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
Regional Finance Collaboration
- Work closely with regional finance and business teams to ensure alignment on financial processes and reporting standards
- Support cross-border financial operations, including intercompany transactions, funding flows, and regional financial coordination
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
Cash Flow & Financial Planning
- Monitor company cash flow and working capital across markets to ensure healthy financial operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to support business growth and resource allocation
Compliance & Audit
- Lead statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements
- Oversee tax filings and regulatory reporting requirements across relevant markets
Process Building & Team Leadership
- Help shape finance processes and systems that can scale with the company's regional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial discipline and operational efficiency
- Mentor and guide finance team members to strengthen the overall finance capability
What We're Looking For
- 812 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit
- Prior experience in an accounting firm (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
- Experience working in fast-paced companies such as startups, tech companies, or high-growth businesses
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory audit processes
- Experience managing cash flow and financial operations in dynamic business environments
- Familiarity with cross-border finance operations and multi-entity accounting structures
- Ability to build structure and discipline while remaining hands-on in execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate across regional teams
- Experience supporting regional finance operations across multiple Asian markets is a plus
- Experience implementing or improving financial systems and processes is a plus
- Familiarity with startup environments and scaling finance operations from early-stage to growth-stage companies is a plus
- Experience working closely with founders, senior leadership, or investors is a plus
