This is a strategic
Head of Finance role within a well-established consumer business, responsible for leading full-spectrum finance operations while acting as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders. The role requires strong hands-on capability combined with a business-oriented mindset.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and ensure IFRS compliance
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounting, and statutory requirements
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-to-long term planning cycles
- Act as a business partner to GM and global/regional finance leaders
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships
- Liaise with auditors, investors, and external stakeholders
- Lead finance transformation initiatives (process improvement, system enhancement, governance)
- Conduct cost analysis and provide strategic recommendations for efficiency improvement
- Support cross-functional and regional projects with strong stakeholder management
Anforderungsprofil
- Proven experience as Finance Head / Finance Lead in consumer or relevant industry
- Strong IFRS knowledge and solid accounting foundation
- Extensive FP&A experience with commercial mindset
- Fluent English is a must; comfortable working with expatriate leadership
- Experience working closely with regional/global teams
- Hands-on, agile, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Exposure to system implementation and process optimization is highly preferred
