About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a
Key Account Manager (KAM) for FET. This position will lead FET account team, reporting to Head of CU Taiwan and a member of Ericsson Taiwan leadership team.
The Role
FarEasTone Telecom (FET) is one of the exemplary operators that has long-term and dedicated partnership with Ericsson over the years. This role is responsible to sustain the partnership and market share with FET while delivering on our business plan to enable the growth, securing 5G and IoT leadership, and supporting all technologies to make our customers successful in the local market.
Due to the long-term partnership, Ericsson should provide competitive products and services that continue to drive win-win business results for both companies. The Head of FET Account should demonstrate our stronger capability and secure the master supplier status and relationship with FET.
What You Will Do
Profitability
- Drive short- and long-term profitability for Ericsson through proactive business development and management of Ericsson resources
- Sustain our position as master supplier for FET in both current and future 5G market share and continue collaborating with FET as a strategic partner
- Be responsible for the unit's P&L, cash-flow and balance sheet including sales, cost of sales, OPEX, customer contribution and working capital
Stakeholder Management
- Engage key stakeholders, partner closely with BAs/domains, and actively contribute to the customer's success to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and develop the team of direct and dotted line reports supporting the unit
You will bring
Leadership
- 10+ years leadership experience leading and motivating Sales team to strive towards a common goal
- Strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Innovative, solutions-oriented with the ability to balance priorities
- Results-oriented with a track record of consistently delivering outstanding business results
- Open to new insights, leads with optimism in the face of challenges, and drives organizational and cultural change
- Exceptional communication and networking skills to cultivate strong relationships, influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Ability to champion a high-energy, customer-centric, performance-driven team!
Sales/Customer Engagement
- Comprehensive understanding of the customer's business, operations and objectives to achieve sales targets
- Rich experience in leading a large national sales account to win business on our ethics and compliance standards
- A consistent track record in building strong customer relationships
Functional/Technical Knowledge
- Deep understanding in local and global ICT industry (Telecommunications in particular) to find opportunities for the customer to increase their profits (value of investment)
- Senior sales professional with strong negotiation, commercial and general management capabilities
- Visibility and influences within Ericsson Group to drive business requirements
Other Outstanding Requirements
- Based in Taiwan. Be culturally sensitive and a sophisticated communicator under Taiwan economic and political environment (spoken and written)
- Business relationship and networking is of critical importance
- A person who has been in the industry for over 15 years, who is well connected with industry leaders and with excellent influencing power
