About the role
We are looking for a strategic, analytical and execution-focused Head of Delivery Partner Growth to lead the development and growth of our delivery partner (DP) base in Taiwan. This role is critical to the success of Uber Eats, ensuring we have the right base of engaged and high-quality delivery partners to meet current and future demand.
You will own both the supply strategy and execution, leading a team of individual contributors and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Policy, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable, sustainable, and cost-efficient supply growth. This is a high-impact role that demands analytical rigor, creative problem solving, a deep understanding of growth levers, and a strong bias for action.
