About the RoleLead and oversee the daily operations of the Claims Department, including the operation of general and medical insurance claims

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Claims Department, including the operation of general and medical insurance claims
• Devise and implement new claim service projects for InsureTech
• Strengthen medical provider networks to maintain the Company's competitive position
• Streamline the departmental operations for providing excellent claims service for various customer segments and stakeholders including medical provider networks
• Monitor departmental operation performance and oversee the handling of enquiries and complaints from policyholders, insured members, brokers, agents and medical service providers
• Obtain and maintain license as an individual insurance agent of Blue Cross with the Insurance Authority, and, where necessary, upon successful licensing as individual insurance agent with the Insurance Authority, advise on or arrange contracts of insurance or carry on regulated activity.
