Job Description
Strategic Business Analytics
- Translate complex business questions into data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities across pricing, promotions, merchant performance, and customer behavior.
- Support leadership with strategic insights to drive commercial performance.
BI & Data Infrastructure
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools.
- Ensure reliable data pipelines and scalable reporting infrastructure in collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Promote best practices in data governance and reporting standards.
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance tracking frameworks for commercial KPIs.
- Deliver regular insights on business trends, operational efficiency, and revenue drivers.
- Develop predictive and diagnostic models to improve decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital platform environments is required.
- Proven track record of driving data initiatives that translate into real business impact.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience working with large datasets and complex business environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams.
