Based in Singapore and reporting to the regional marketing leadership, you will own the marketing strategy, performance, and quality user growth across 3 brands and 15 markets, directly shaping how we allocate marketing spend to drive growth.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting with millions of customers and positioning Delivery Hero as a global market leader.
The ideal candidate has full ownership of outcomes, strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively influence stakeholders across a global organization.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth strategy: Define and drive growth strategy across markets, with direct accountability for outcomes, balancing long-term platform growth with immediate performance impact
Performance Accountability: Own the Performance Delta. You will lead performance deep-dives to C-level audiences, however, you aren't just tracking KPIs you are responsible for driving the initiatives that move them
Marketing Mix & Spend ownership: Own the allocation of marketing investment across markets and channels, making trade-offs and investment decisions to maximize ROI at a regional level. You will be accountable to own the way we measure impact and how we prioritize
Special projects: Lead high-priority marketing and growth initiatives and cross-functional projects involving multiple senior stakeholders across the organization. Let it be a new value proposition, or an innovative way to test the impact of our actions, you will likely play a part in it
Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, FMCG, investment banking, or a high-growth tech environment
Mindset: A pragmatic, hands-on team player who is ready to roll up their sleeves to deliver results
Strategic clarity & growth track record: Demonstrated success in managing or advising on growth strategies within fast-paced industries, Able to develop actionable strategies in complex environments, translating disparate data points into compelling recommendations
Team leadership: Previous experience managing an international team
Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft narratives that build trust with C-level executives and international teams
