Position Summary:
We are seeking an HCM Consultant who can effectively identify clients human resource needs and customize solutions accordingly. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented. Key objectives for this role include performing system configuration and development, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing support during the go-live phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end HCM implementation projects, from consultation and design to configuration and implementation of HCM systems.
- Identify clients HR needs through online or in-person consultations.
- Assess clients current human resource workflows and recommend system enhancements.
- Prepare documentation, including Functional Specifications, Training Manuals, User Guides, etc.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in HCM system implementation.
- Exceptional business acumen, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset.
- Ability to learn and work effectively under pressure.
- Capable of working as both a team member and an independent contributor.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
