Hardware R&D Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Hardware R&D Engineer with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in X86 or GPU hardware development to join our team in Tainan. You will be responsible for the electronic circuit design and development of server-related products, from board-level design through to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop electronic circuits for server-related products.
2. Carry out board-level design, and select and design the related peripheral components.
3. Perform self-review of designs and complete the review/check-lists provided by component vendors. Conduct end-to-end cross reviews on interfaces connecting to other board cards.
4. Debug and troubleshoot issues, and compile analysis reports once issues are resolved.
5. Perform design signal measurement and validation.
6. Define measurement plans and prepare measurement reports.
7. Support the factory in transitioning products into mass production.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above
• Major: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optoelectronic Engineering, or a related field
• Language: English, with proficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Tools / Skills: No specific requirements
