Hardware Principal Engineer - Firmware System Integration

As a Hardware Principal Engineer - Firmware System Integration supporting Network L11 rack-scale solutions, you will drive the integration and delivery of enterprise-class networking platforms that combine advanced switches, optics, cables, power, cooling, and rack-level infrastructure technologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams across ISG, you will develop deep expertise in L11 system architecture, Firmware integration, validation, and deployment through end-to-end engagement in the product lifecycle. From defining rack-level designs and Firmware configurations and validation to enabling manufacturing, supply chain readiness, data center deployment, and field serviceability, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, scalable, and reliable networking solutions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment driven by innovation, integrity, and accountability.
