Job Summary
- SiTime is looking for a talented and motivated hardware engineer to join growing infrastructure team in Taiwan office. This role is responsible for developing boards and platforms which used for SiTime revolutionary MEMS-based timing products validation, characterization, and production. Responsibilities include board design and development to meet internal and external product characterization application, eval board verification and manufacturing, manage SMT house and board vendor, debug and repairment. This role will work with cross function teams and vendors to make sure deliverable meet team's requirement.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible to develop hardware infrastructure to meet requirement from cross function team to drive product validation, characterization, qualification, and production.
- Be responsible to hardware simulation, debug, investigations, maintenance, failure analysis and defeat repairment.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including specifications, schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and schedules tracking.
- Optimize the testing system to maximize the productivity and throughput.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MS in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in analog circuit design within product life cycle.
- Knowledge and experience of mixed-signal circuits and signal integrity.
- Hands-on experience with electronics laboratory bench instrumentation including oscilloscopes, digital signal analyzers, etc.
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- High level of self-motivation and drive to make an impact.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skill.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Experienced on Matlab or Python is plus.
- Experienced programming of MCUs is plus.
