General Summary:
This role is responsible for the design, validation, and debugging of hardware reference platforms, with a focus on RF systems and power performance. The candidate will collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure robust design quality and successful product delivery.
Overview
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PCB design, with a focus on signal integrity (including RF and high-speed interfaces) and power integrity
- Familiarity with Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi standards, with practical experience in compliance, certification, and regulatory testing
- Proficiency in RF and DC power measurement, including the use of: Bluetooth/Wi-Fi analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Spectrum analyzers, Oscilloscopes and power measurement tools
- A plus if Experienced in applying AI tools in engineering workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
- A plus if Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively participate in technical discussions and deliver presentations
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in EE field, with 4+ years hands-on experience in relevant industry.
- Familiar with WiFi / Bluetooth standard and test criteria.
- Familiar with lab equipment like VNA, spectrum, oscilloscope, power supply, current meter, etc.
- Familiar with electric circuitry CAD tools like (Cadance Allegro, OrCAD)
- Good in English communication over both emailing and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in relevant industry.
- A plus if Experienced in applying AI tools in engineering workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
Education Requirement
- Master's degree in EE field is a minimum requirement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
