What you will do:

• Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
• Greet and seat guests inprofessional manner
• Take and manage reservations and table assignmentseffectively
• Engage in heart-felt and genuineconversationand respondto guests inquiries in an efficient andcourteoustone
• Build and maintain positive rapport with customersYou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and to serve Food & Beverage to guests, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

What you should have:

• Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training
• Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel/ restaurant with good standards
• Basic Computer Skills and Cashiering Skills
• Good communication skills and language skills
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
