Job Description

Job Summary

You will manage guest room sales and registrations, handle guest enquiries and requests, coordinate with hotel departments and provide courteous service to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Sell, register and assign rooms to guests while accurately completing registration cards to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Communicate guest arrivals, room changes, checkouts and special arrangements promptly to relevant hotel departments and outlets
  • Respond to guest enquiries over the phone or in person to provide accurate information and assistance
  • Process guest requests and requirements efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction and support hotel operations
  • Maintain a professional, neat and friendly appearance to create a welcoming environment for guests
  • Deliver courteous service and address guest complaints, requests and enquiries promptly and tactfully to resolve issues
  • Stay informed about hotel functions, events and promotions to provide guests with up-to-date information
  • Perform cashiering duties following established procedures to ensure accurate financial transactions
  • Welcome guests and escort them to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel facilities clearly
