Support product strategy and go-to-market initiatives by evaluating customer needs, market trends, and business performance to inform roadmap priorities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Partnerships teams to translate strategic opportunities into actionable initiatives and successful product launches.
Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and key business metrics to generate insights and drive product and business optimization.
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
Leverage internal data on customer acquisition, engagement, portfolio performance, and profitability to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, product management, business operations, or growth-related roles.
Prior experience in fintech, banking, payments, lending, or other financial services products is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
Demonstrated interest in product strategy, go-to-market planning, customer experience, or business growth initiatives.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus.
