Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of international product growth system, including user acquisition, activation, etc., responsible for DAU and MAU, and required to maximize growth when ROI>1 2. Be able to propose targeted growth methods based on actual market problems in different regions (the United States, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, etc.), have strong practical experience in growth, and can establish a long-term activation mechanism based on the user life cycle. Understand the international social media environment and can introduce experts for growth 3. Be sensitive to data and recommendation strategies, be able to discover insights from key data changes and information, and maintain a good cooperative relationship with strategic analysis, data, and recommendations. Excellent expression and communication skills, promote collaboration between upstream and downstream business departments across departments, and ensure overall project results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant product experience, internationalization, growth strategy, GTM strategy, etc. are preferred 2. Passionate about the editing and creation industry, have new opportunities in AI, have the habit of thinking about problems systematically, and have strong resilience, and can lead the team to open up new directions and break through key directions from 0-1 3. Be familiar with growth methodology, have strong comprehensive decision-making ability, and be able to complete goal disassembly and priority judgment with high quality 4. Goal-oriented, have good communication skills, be able to independently collaborate with project stakeholders to promote project implementation and obtain results, and be able to quickly adapt to changes 5. Have English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and have practical experience or in-depth knowledge of internationalization, especially the US market. Priority will be given.
