Growth Strategy Analyst - International Short Video (Shanghai)

1. Build an indicator system and report system, and conduct growth-related analysis based on comprehensive user feedback 2. Continuously track business data, monitor business development trends, and provide early warning, monitoring and interpretation for abnormal business indicators 3. Independently complete special analysis, from data processing analysis and data indicator design to program evaluation 4. Cooperate with product, launch and R&D to promote the implementation of optimization plans and bring about actual business improvement and growth.

1. Bachelor's degree or master's degree majors in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, statistics or related technical/quantitative fields are preferred 2. 1-3 years of analytical position experience in the direction of user growth/product optimization/business analysis/advertising 3. Proficient in using data analysis and statistical analysis tools such as SQL/Excel/R/Python/Tableau, and have a good understanding of common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression analysis) 4. Good communication skills, teamwork ability in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments able to communicate complex concepts and analysis in an easy-to-understand way 5. Fluency in English/Mandarin is a bonus 6. Passionate about social media and short video products.
