Our platform enables educators to personalise learning, automate homework creation, track student progress, and gain meaningful insights into student performance.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to help drive awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
In this role, you will support and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, analyse campaign performance, and identify opportunities to grow our customer base and strengthen our brand presence within the education sector.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, websites, and other marketing channels.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance and campaign results.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate webinars, events, workshops, and marketing activities.
Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support business growth.
Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and campaign reports.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
Experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools are a plus.
Creative, resourceful, and eager to learn.
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
Data-driven and comfortable using insights to improve results.
Passionate about education and technology.
Willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
