Responsibilities
- Own user growth strategy and execution across Taiwan, Japan, and Korea markets
- Be responsible for App download growth, user acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
- Build and optimize the full growth funnel, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and conversion
- Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives for iOS and Android
- Develop scalable acquisition channels across social media, KOLs, communities, and content platforms
- Analyze growth performance data and continuously improve ROI and CAC efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content teams to launch and iterate growth experiments
- Research Web3 user behavior trends and AI product growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing
- Proven experience growing mobile apps with ownership of download and activation metrics
- Strong understanding of the Taiwan market; familiarity with Japan and Korea markets is a plus
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord
- Interest or experience in Web3, Crypto, or AI products
- Strong analytical mindset and experimentation capability
- Professional working proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing Web3 products
- Experience with AI-native or AI consumer products
- Familiarity with KOL marketing, affiliate systems, and community-led growth
- Experience scaling international products from 0 to 1
