Overview Of The Position
As a Group Strategic Investment Manager/Assistant Manager, you'll lead M&A activities, managing the entire transaction lifecycle from sourcing through integration, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and supporting BU/BG initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating all the activities of the M&A transaction throughout its main stages: deal sourcing, case assessment and valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, M&A financing, signing, closing, and post-merger integration.
- Actively managing relationships between all the parties involved in the transaction: sellers, executives, advisors, auditors, attorneys, responsible employees, venture capitals and PE funds, etc.
- Working closely with BUs and BGs for their strategic M&A initiatives.
- Engaging in post-investment management for minority shareholdings.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of the M&A process. 10+ years of working experience in M&A or F&A.
- Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Shown experience working in a complex, multiple BU and multinational environment, handling various stakeholders. Work collaboratively and lead cross-functional and cross-BU teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
