Key Responsibility:
1. (Portfolio Strategy & Leadership)
Develop and drive the overall portfolio strategy and growth roadmap across NIPT, MCED, and Oncology products
Oversee full product lifecycle strategy including launch, expansion, differentiation, and maturity optimization
2. (Cross-Functional Alignment & Executive Influence)
Partner with medical, regulatory, sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure unified strategic execution
Represent marketing in executive discussions, presenting strategic insights and recommendations
3. (Team Leadership & Capability Building)
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers; set objectives and drive capability development
Establish standardized processes and playbooks for product strategy and execution
4. (Advanced Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy)
Lead portfolio-level market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic resource allocation
Develop portfolio TAM/SAM/SOM assessments, opportunity sizing, and risk mitigation plans
5. (Portfolio Positioning & Brand Strategy)
Define and unify portfolio-level brand strategy and value architecture for NIPT, MCED, and OncoDx
Guide PMs to craft product-level positioning and differentiated value propositions
6. (Integrated Multi-Channel Strategy)
Build integrated multi-channel marketing frameworks across digital, events, medical engagement, and KOL strategy
Oversee direction, messaging, and execution of high-impact campaigns and events
7. (Budgeting, ROI Optimization & Resource Planning)
Own annual budgeting and investment planning across the portfolio to maximize business impact
Evaluate ROI across product lines and guide data-driven optimization
8. (Corporate Strategy & Business Planning)
Support corporate-level expansion strategy such as LDT/HP-LDT pathways, hospital listings, partnership models
Provide executive-level insights, market models, business cases, and launch strategy recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, or Business preferred
5+ years of experience managing hospital accounts in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales
Familiarity with Taiwan's healthcare system and hospital procurement processes; strong network preferred
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional teams
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
Nice to Have
Experience promoting molecular diagnostics, oncology tests, or NGS-based products
Involvement in market entry or product launch initiatives
