About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially strong Group Key Account Manager to lead and grow Skintific's business in Taiwan. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic retail partnerships including Personal Care Stores, Beauty Store, while driving sales growth, market penetration, and strong in store execution across Taiwan.
You will work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, operations, supply chain, and regional leadership to ensure strong account performance and sustainable business growth.
What You Will Do
Key Account Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail partners including Personal Care Stores, Hyper Supermarket and other Modern Trade accounts
- Develop joint business plans and growth strategies with key accounts
- Drive sell in and sell out performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead commercial negotiations including promotion plans, listing opportunities, and trading terms
- Ensure excellent account management and customer satisfaction
Sales & Commercial Execution
- Monitor sales trends, inventory health, and market performance to optimize business opportunities
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in store campaigns with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure strong retail visibility, merchandising execution, and promotional effectiveness
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaign execution and brand initiatives
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth replenishment and stock availability
- Collaborate with finance teams for forecasting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
- Align with regional leadership on business priorities and strategic planning
Reporting & Business Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports, account reviews, and business performance updates
- Track KPIs including sales growth, sell out performance, inventory turnover, and promotion ROI
- Provide data driven recommendations to improve account performance and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles
- Strong experience handling modern trade or health & beauty retail accounts in Taiwan
- Existing experience managing Personal Care Stores or similar retail chains is highly preferred
- Background in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Highly analytical, proactive, and results driven
