Job Description

【About the Role】

This role leads Parts & Accessories promotion strategy across brands, driving revenue, margin, and campaign ROI through data-driven pricing and marketing initiatives. It collaborates cross-functionally to ensure effective execution and contributes to Aftersales strategy by identifying new revenue opportunities, including accessories, lifestyle products, and loyalty programs.

1. Commercial Strategy & Campaign Ownership:

•Define and own the annual and mid-term Parts & Accessories promotion strategy, aligned with Aftersales business targets and OEM guidelines

•Drive end-to-end campaign lifecycle management (strategy → business case → execution → performance tracking → optimization)

•Develop and implement data-driven campaign frameworks to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value

•Ensure ROI-driven decision making, including dealer subsidy models, campaign cost control, and margin optimization

•Lead cross-brand and cross-channel initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability across the network

2.Business Performance & Profitability Management:

•Take ownership of Parts & Accessories revenue growth, margin improvement, and campaign ROI

•Monitor and steer KPIs (turnover, penetration rate, accessory attachment rate, campaign ROI, dealer performance)

•Identify and implement pricing strategies and optimization levers based on market benchmarking and elasticity analysis

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of promotional activities

3.Product & Portfolio Management (Accessories & Lifestyle):

•Define and execute Accessories & Lifestyle product strategy, including portfolio development, bundling, and lifecycle management

•Lead Accessory Steering Committee (ASC) alignment and decision-making process

•Ensure integration of accessories into vehicle sales (NC campaigns) to maximize attachment rate and profitability

•Develop new product concepts and commercial opportunities aligned with customer trends and brand positioning

4.Stakeholder & Network Management:

•Act as key interface between HQ, brands, dealers, and internal departments for all Parts & Accessories promotion activities

•Provide strategic guidance to dealer network to enhance campaign execution and commercial performance

•Lead coordination with external suppliers and agencies to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient delivery

•Influence decision-making at department and cross-functional level

5. Innovation & Customer-Centric Development:

•Identify and implement new business models and revenue streams (e.g., digital campaigns, loyalty programs, bundled offers)

•Leverage customer insights and data analytics to refine targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness

•Support transformation towards omnichannel and digital Aftersales marketing approaches
