This role is part of the Strategic Marketing Team and is mainly responsible for graphic design, with additional support for international trade shows and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
You will design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including product e-catalogs, presentations, posters, and digital materials, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism across different channels.
Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design
* Design and produce various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, invitations, and product e-catalogs.
* Create digital marketing materials such as EDMs, website banners, and social media visuals to support internal and external communication needs.
* Assist with sales presentation templates and slide deck enhancements to improve the professionalism of customer proposals and external presentations.
* Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and continuously enhance visual creativity and impact.
* Build and maintain a design asset library to improve team efficiency and consistency.
2. Trade Show Support
* Assist with exhibition-related design deliverables, such as booth graphics, signage, and event collaterals.
* Provide on-site support during exhibitions when required, ensuring a professional brand presentation.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams to align exhibition visuals with brand strategies.
3. Other Tasks
* Support other projects or assignments as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
* 2 4 years of experience in graphic design.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong design sense and attention to detail, with the ability to turn product information into engaging visuals.
* Good communication and teamwork skills, with basic English communication ability.
Preferred Qualifications
* Basic skills in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI-based editing software) to support simple editing needs.
* Proficient in AI design tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
