The Construction Industry Council (CIC) is a statutory body established under the Construction Industry Council Ordinance (Cap 587) with the mission to drive for unity and excellence of the construction industry of Hong Kong.
If you are a FINAL-YEAR STUDENT or a FRESH GRADUATE who aspires to build a meaningful and long-term career to the Hong Kong construction industry, we invite you to join our Graduate Trainee (GT) Programme.
About the Programme
The CIC Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured 18-month, rotation-based, on-the-job training programme designed to nurture high-potential graduates and prepare future talents for impactful careers within CIC and the construction industry.
Your Journey with CIC
As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain broad organizational exposure through structured departmental rotations and cross-functional assignments under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
Rotation opportunities span across key functions including Corporate Support Services, Education & Training, Industry Development & Knowledge and Stakeholder Engagement & Communications.
Throughout the programme, you will be exposed to digital transformation and innovative initiatives, strong corporate governance and public-sector best practices, as well as real projects that contribute to the Hong Kong's construction industry.
