Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable backend services using Go (Golang)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs or gRPC-based services
• Optimize code for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Integrate data storage solutions such as SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
• Work with DevOps and other developers to deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or other CI/CD pipelines
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficiency in Go programming language
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, or gRPC
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Good knowledge of databases and query optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization in Go
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Contributions to open-source projects or Go community involvement
