Job Description
- Manage overall Taiwan business operations
- Drive sales and lead commercial activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with global direction
- Ensure high service quality by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
- Manage key client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Set targets, budgets, and performance metrics; allocate resources and monitor progress
- Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction across printing applications
- Follow up strategic projects and drive deal closure
- Create cross-business-unit synergy to maximize revenue opportunities
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong understanding of Taiwan market and overseas investments (especially Southeast Asia)
- Background in packaging industry is a plus
- Strong customer orientation with solid understanding of sales culture
- Proven track record in selling engineering-driven, high-value investment goods
- Strong leadership capability with ability to manage high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute innovative sales approaches
- Strong sales-driven mindset with determination to exceed targets
- Ability to draft and negotiate proposals directly with customers
- Knowledge of sheet-fed offset printing, flexo printing, digital printing, or packaging is a plus
