Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for a Global Vice President at SUPACAZ. The Global Vice President will oversee strategic operations, customer engagement, and business growth for the brand across international markets. The role involves driving global business development, managing cross-functional teams, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will represent the brand with excellence and spearhead initiatives for expanding market share within the cycling, baseball, and racquet sports segments.

• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in business development, establishing partnerships, and scaling global operations
• Knowledge of marketing, branding, and market trend analysis
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for cycling, sports, or active lifestyle industries
• Previous experience in senior-level leadership roles is highly desired
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a plus
