Job Description

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

As a Global T&A Analyst, you will lead and oversee the resolution of T&A-related issues across our international operations. Your role will be pivotal in aligning global T&A policies with headquarters standards, ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration with regional offices/subsidiaries in handling overseas integration projects (C&B or payroll related is preferred).

2. Research overseas labor laws and T&A regulations and propose viable solutions for new sites.

3. Closely collaborate with HQ Total Rewards, Overseas payroll, HR Business Partners, IT and legal team to advise on time & attendance procedures for our region HR.

4. Integrate and implement global time and attendance system, including but not limited to:

(1) Improving efficiency of time and attendance management.

(2) Generating payroll-ready information.

(3) Syncing data with multiple systems.

5. Train new payroll analysts and resolve queries related to global T&A.

6. Ensure T&A procedure and system compliance.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of T&A systems and processes.

8. Develop, maintain, and provide insights by analyzing data to improve T&A processes and systems.

9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to T&A systems and processes.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10-12 years working experience in overseas C&B, payroll or HRIS field.

2. Familiar with related regulations and T&A and Payroll systems.

3. Strong conceptual thinking and project management skill.

4. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-motivated and collaborative.

6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

7. English communication skills, verbal and written.
