Requirements | 任职要求

- Bachelor's degree or above; HR or related majors preferred | 本科及以上学历,人力资源或相关专业优先

4-12年招聘经验,互联网/科技/咨询行业背景优先**

- Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing and social recruitment | 熟练使用LinkedIn sourcing及社交招聘

- Results-driven with independent delivery capability | 结果导向,具备独立交付能力

- Strong communication skills; comfortable with remote work | 沟通能力强,适应远程办公

- Stable workspace and equipment | 自备稳定办公环境与设备
