Position Summary
This role drives Amphenol LTW's global talent pipeline and internal capability development. The successful candidate will establish scalable recruitment systems, enhance international employer branding, and ensure that talent strategy aligns with business growth and global expansion.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR professional experienced in international recruitment and organizational development. This person will build practical systems, drive global hiring, and shape LTW's high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop annual workforce plans aligned with business expansion goals.
- Build and execute recruitment strategies for global roles (Overseas Sales, FAE, PM, R&D, Marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align workforce planning with project timelines.
- Use modern sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, GitHub, StackOverflow, and global professional communities.
- Create structured hiring processes including skills tests and behavioral assessments.
People Development & Training
- Design onboarding and continuous learning programs to accelerate employee growth.
- Identify skills gaps and create practical, role-specific training programs.
Performance & Retention
- Implement data-driven appraisal systems linking performance to business results.
- Propose incentive programs that reward innovation, teamwork, and measurable impact.
Employer Branding
- Build Amphenol LTW's reputation as an innovative, people-centric, and globally connected workplace.
- Manage LinkedIn and global recruitment branding campaigns.
- Launch online and offline campaigns to attract international professionals and local returnees.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
- Open to candidates of all nationalities with strong proficiency in English and working-level Mandarin for daily communication and documentation.
- 48 years of experience in recruitment, talent development, or people operations.
- Proven track record in international hiring using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated self-drive, adaptability, and ability to work across cultural boundaries.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in technology or engineering recruitment.
- Familiarity with SME or startup culture.
