Global Supply Planning Manager

【About the Role】

We are seeking a Global Supply Planning Manager to ensure supply availability and sustainability for Gaming products manufactured through GN EMS/JDM (Tier 1 suppliers) across the full product lifecycle—from NPI to MP to EOL.

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning supply planning with regional demand signals from RPCs (Regional Postponement Centers), managing VMI replenishment, and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will play a critical role in driving production planning, inventory optimization, and lifecycle supply strategies to support business growth.

The position is based in Taiwan, with close collaboration across global teams and manufacturing partners.

【Key Responsibilities】

- Supply Planning & VMI Replenishment

• Develop VMI replenishment plans based on regional demand analysis and forecast signals

• Define short-term and long-term demand forecasts in alignment with sales outlook

• Proactively lead production and material planning with EMS/JDM suppliers

- NPI Planning & Launch Execution

• Collaborate with project teams, manufacturers, and RPCs to define product ramp-up plans

• Coordinate production scheduling to support forecast commitment schedules (FCS) and Go-to-Market timelines

- Product Lifecycle Supply Management

• Manage product supply across the full lifecycle from NPI to EOL

• Work closely with BU, Demand Planning, and E&O teams on Last Time Buy (LTB) decisions based on EOL strategies

- Capacity & Resource Monitoring

• Monitor Tier 1 assembly capacity to ensure supply readiness

• Track and manage manpower allocation at supplier sites

- Inventory Management & Optimization

• Maintain appropriate min/max inventory levels for VMI products

• Drive healthy inventory turnover aligned with KPI targets

• Balance inventory across regional postponement centers

• Monitor aging inventory and collaborate with regional planners on depletion strategies

【Skills & Competencies】

• Supply Planning Expertise: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply planning within relevant industries

• NPI Experience: Proven experience in new product development (NPD/NPI) planning and execution

• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capability with ability to interpret supply-demand dynamics

• Digital & Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, RapidResponse) and reporting tools such as Power BI

• Technical Tools: Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

• Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions
