  • Experience in PCB category or commodity management, contract negotiation and supplier development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a Technical or Business field.
  • Experience managing projects and negotiating agreements with global manufacturing partners.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus across work groups.
  • Experience integrating disparate processes to create the reusable components or services across the organization, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders at suppliers and internal engineering leadership.
  • Knowledge in PCB manufacturing processes, technologies, and global market dynamics.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and prioritize based on organizational priorities along with excellent judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the global procurement and commodity strategies for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) that align with product road maps and deliver significant business value.
  • Manage and take the responsibility for a portfolio of key PCB suppliers, negotiating all types of agreements and managing performance for cost, quality, and technology.
  • Influence leadership at suppliers and within internal engineering and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Quality teams to influence design decisions for manufacturability and ensure the timely sourcing of PCBs for NPI and sustaining products.
  • Propose and implement the risk management strategies to ensure supply continuity and address potential market disruptions. Lead the management of the supply base for continuous performance improvement through the Supplier Business Review process and should-cost modeling.
