Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to align sourcing strategies with category and company objectives.
Oversee sourcing strategy, supply planning, and supplier performance for assigned categories, optimizing supplier networks and strengthening strategic partnerships with key manufacturers.
Lead commercial and cost negotiations, capacity discussions, and long-term supply agreements across Tier 13 suppliers in collaboration with operations and planning teams.
Establish supplier capacity plans in line with growth projections; proactively identify potential supply chain constraints such as long-lead-time materials and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive supplier selection, onboarding, and continuous performance evaluation to ensure cost competitiveness, quality, delivery reliability, and ESG compliance.
Partner with suppliers to analyze cost structures, negotiate pricing, and deliver cost optimization and margin improvement while maintaining quality and service standards.
Monitor supply chain risks, including geopolitical or operational issues, and contribute to proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
Work closely with inventory and supply planning teams to improve working capital efficiency through effective raw material and finished goods management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in global sourcing or product supply, preferably with exposure to Asia-based manufacturing networks.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, including data mining, supplier analysis, and should-cost modeling experience.
Proven ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
Experienced in supplier relationship management, joint business planning, and strategic partnership development.
Skilled in RFQ processes, total cost analysis, and commercial negotiation for cost and capacity agreements.
Able to manage global coordination across time zones and act as a strategic link between product development and Asia-based manufacturing.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional Asian language proficiency is an advantage.
Willing to travel internationally 23 times per year.
