President, Global Finance Shared Services

Compensation: RMB 3-5 million per year (open for discussion based on current compensation and expectations)
This role is based in BaoDing, China (1 hr from Beijing)

The establishment of a world-class Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) and an integrated Business-Finance Management

Platform has become a critical enabler for global collaboration, management transparency, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

This role is one of the Group's most strategic finance leadership positions, responsible for building and leading a global finance operating platform and decision-support ecosystem that will support the company's international expansion and long-term profitability.

Position Overview

Title: Global Head of Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) Level: Vice President (P6+) Reporting Line: Group CFO Scope: Global

Finance Shared Services Organization

As a key leader supporting the Group's globalization strategy, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Building a globally integrated finance management platform under the ONE OURCLIENT framework.

Establishing a world-class global finance operations and decision-support center.

Connecting Strategic Finance, Business Finance, and Regional Finance functions.

Transforming finance from a transaction-processing organization into a strategic business partner and value creator.

Key Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

Experience in multinational corporations, preferably within:

Automotive

Manufacturing

Technology sectors

Proven experience building or transforming finance organizations at scale.

Essential Experience

Global FSSC Leadership Experience

Must have:

Led or played a critical leadership role in building an FSSC from scratch (0-to-1), or

Led a major global FSSC transformation or integration initiative.

Business-Finance Integration Expertise

Hands-on experience with:

Business-Finance Integration (BFI) programs

ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise systems

Finance digitalization and transformation initiatives

International Exposure

Must possess:

Overseas working experience and/or

Extensive multinational business management experience

Global Finance Operations Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

Multi-country finance operations

Multi-currency environments

International compliance and governance requirements

Global operating models and finance transformation frameworks

Key Responsibilities

1. Global FSSC Development and Transformation

Design, build, and lead the Group's global Financial Shared Services Center.

Drive either a 0-to-1 FSSC establishment or a global transformation and upgrade program.

Develop a scalable operating model supporting:

Multiple countries

Multiple legal entities

Multiple currencies

Promote process standardization, centralization, automation, and digitalization across global operations.

2. Business-Finance Integration

Build an integrated management framework connecting the entire value chain:

Research & Development

Manufacturing

Procurement

Sales

Customer Service

Strengthen collaboration between business and finance functions.

Establish real-time visibility into:

Budget performance

Cost management

Profitability analysis

Enable data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

3. Strategic Finance & Global Expansion Support

Support overseas manufacturing expansion and localization initiatives.

Participate in investment evaluation and strategic decision-making.

Build global profitability and capital efficiency management frameworks.

Enhance cash utilization, operational efficiency, and long-term shareholder value creation.

4. Global Operating Coordination Hub

Establish collaboration mechanisms among:

Strategic Finance

Business Finance

Regional Finance Teams

Improve management visibility and enterprise-wide data transparency.

Strengthen operational coordination across global regions.

Accelerate decision-making speed and execution effectiveness.
