Role responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous contact with the client, receive their requests, respond to inquiries, follow up on their regulatory compliance projects in telecommunications, and provide information. Comply with service level agreements. Be the voice of the customer within the company. Keep databases and information systems related to clients, countries, projects, and more up to date.
- Extract actionable items from proposals
- Request clarifications from customers if needed support.
- Support and communicate with the customer on project-related issues and details.
- Manage the planning, execution, and control of regulatory compliance projects in telecommunications, engaging internally and with third parties (laboratories, governments, etc.) to meet established goals.
- Keep databases and information systems related to clients, countries, projects, and more up to date.
- Research regulatory information to ensure compliance in telecommunications across countries.
- Relevant regulations, certification procedures, and associated certification costs and services.
- Participate in Industry forums when possible.
- Maintain key quality and regulatory compliance performance metrics.
Knowledge/Profile:
- Senior profile - customer-oriented
- Regulatory compliance, industry experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
