Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of CoinW's product offerings for international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto, with a proven track record of delivering impactful product solutions at scale. This is a key role that will shape the global user experience, influence strategic decisions, and help position CoinW as a market leader in the digital asset ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from market research to ideation, development, launch, and optimization for global users.
- Analyze user behavior, competitive products, and market trends to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and regional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Localize and adapt product features to meet regulatory and cultural nuances in different regions.
- Define and track product KPIs; continuously improve based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Advocate for global users and ensure an excellent experience across different languages and geographies.
- Maintain strong awareness of emerging crypto trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 37 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the crypto, fintech, or blockchain industry.
- Experience managing international or multi-market products.
- Solid understanding of crypto trading, blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, and Web3 products.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
