this role supports a major corporate client in managing international assignments. Acting as the primary contact for globally mobile employees, the position coordinates endtoend relocation services, ensures policy adherence, and provides ongoing consultation throughout the assignment lifecycle. This role also handles a reduced caseload while ensuring consistent processes, maintaining documentation, training team members, and serving as the first point of escalation.
Key Responsibilities
Relocation Management
- Oversee full international assignment services: policy counselling, household goods, destination services, intercultural training, immigration, ongoing support, and repatriation.
- Interpret client policies and provide tailored guidance to assignees.
- Manage assignmentrelated expenses.
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with internal teams and approved global vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work with the stakeholder on client goals, reporting, process improvements, and regular client meetings.
- Serve as subject matter expert on client policies.
Client Communication
- Update stakeholder partners on assignment issues and status.
- Support exception requests and provide recommendations.
- Complete client-driven projects as needed.
Additional Duties
- Assign new cases, monitor workloads, and maintain all account forms and tools.
- Train new consultants on client-specific requirements.
- Serve as first-level escalation for service issues.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in relocation or global mobility; strong customer service background considered.
- Deep knowledge of international assignment management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and operate in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and mobility-related systems.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
