Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be the owner of NPI & MP projects and drive material readiness for NPI and MP builds via cross-functional integration with Planning team, Procurement Managers, Contract Manufacturers, and customers.
- Fully capable and responsible of leading SCM & matrix teams to material shortage & excess management in terms of long-term optimal cost.
- Experiences in close interaction with global Tier-1 customers.
- Driving material CTB (clear to build) & inbound pipeline readiness including material backlog progress by integrating cross-function including GSM, GCM, Production Planning, Logistic, Warehouse, and long-arm management to suppliers if needed.
- Delivering value with customer satisfaction as 1st priority.
Qualifications
- Bachler degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in NPI Supply Chain Management, NPI Procurement, Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Production Material Planning, GSM, GCM or/and related material planning or procurement function in a cross-functional integration environment.
- Logic thinking, good communicator, cross-functional integration capability.
- Fluent speaking in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualification
8+ years of relevant work experience within computer, consumer, or communication products in contract manufacturing or electronic brander company.
